How good is our service?

 After such a baffling experience, clients are often left with a worse impression of your company than they would have been, had you not commissioned the survey in the first place. We work individually with each client. Iron sharpens Iron

Employee and Manager sit in a performance appraisal meeting. The employee argues his case and in response the manager chooses the path of least resistance – he elevates the original rating of the employee’s performance, in order to move on to the next task on his busy schedule. A bonus, which is disproportionate to real performance, is now paid on the grounds of the employee’s ability to argue instead of his ability to produce results. ‘Iron sharpens iron’ is a program that will decrease the subjectivity of performance appraisals. It supports your rating process with objective feedback from colleagues and clients.
